Protein Oatmeal Cookies

Protein Oatmeal Cookies

These easy no bake protein cookies are a great breakfast, snack or dessert.

Whether it’s the random 3pm hunger that strikes on weekdays at work or school, or simply wanting a healthier sweet treat after a meal, these no bake oatmeal cookies are to the rescue. Made with processed white sugar, these cookies use my favorite Wedderspoon Raw Monofloral Manuka Honey. It adds the perfect sweetness along with all the wonderful benefits of Manuka Honey.

Wedderspoon’s Monofloral Manuka line (aka Factor 16) is of exceptional quality since it’s been made wholly or mostly from the manuka plant itself. Wedderspoon has nothing to hide and they even allow you to trace back their honeys to the beekeeper who managed the hive. As always, Wedderspoon’s honey is always Non-GMO Certified and unpasteurized. My favorite ways to use their Manuka Honey on a daily basis are in my chai tea, drizzled on my oatmeal or on toast with some cinnamon.

These no bake protein oatmeal cookies are a breeze to make and the key staple ingredients they highlight are rolled oats, Wedderspoon raw Monofloral Manuka Honey and peanut butter. These are 3 ingredients that I always have on hand and use multiple times a week, if not daily.

These no bake cookies truly come together in minutes. I decided to add protein powder to them to make them a great snack option even after a workout but you may definitely omit this if you’d like. Simply substitute the protein powder with oat flour, which can be made by pulsing rolled oats in your blender.
