This easy overnight oats recipe features two of my favorite things: kefir and honey. You have the probiotic benefits of kefir merged with all the wonderful benefits of Wedderspoon’s Raw Monofloral Manuka Honey.
I love including a glass of kefir in my daily lifestyle. I truly love the sour taste of plain kefir and also love the probiotic health benefits it provides. This kefir overnight oatmeal is an easy recipe you can prepare the night before so there is nothing to prep in the morning and you can even grab it on-the-go.
This easy kefir overnight oatmeal is sweetened with Wedderspoon’s Raw Monofloral Manuka Honey. Wedderspoon’s Manuka Honey is raw, unpasteurized, produced in New Zealand and Non-GMO verified. I love using Wedderspoon products because they are super transparent about the production of their honey. Their K Factor 16 Raw Monofloral Manuka honey has been wholly or mostly made from the manuka plant, so the quality is exceptional.
I love topping my oatmeal with fresh fruit. Whether it’s berries, bananas or sautéed cinnamon apples, the combinations are endless to top your oatmeal. If you’re using frozen fruit, you could add it to the oatmeal the night before.
